How do I create a storefront?
Sign up for a Paylo account through the Paylo Business App at partners.usepaylo.com. Once logged in, follow the setup wizard to create your storefront, add products, and configure your settings.
How do I receive payments?
Paylo automatically processes payments and holds funds in escrow for 7 days, or until the customer confirms delivery — whichever comes first. Once the escrow period completes, funds are settled to your linked bank account.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! With our Growth plan or higher, you can connect your own custom domain to your storefront for a fully branded experience.
How do I add products to my store?
From your merchant dashboard, go to Products > Add Product. Enter the product details, upload images, set pricing and inventory, then publish.
What payment methods do you support?
We support multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money (depending on your region).
How do I handle refunds?
Refunds can be processed from your merchant dashboard under Orders. Select the order and click "Issue Refund". Funds will be returned to the customer within 5-10 business days.
