Paylo facilitates payment processing through third-party payment providers. By using our payment services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as outlined in our pricing
• Comply with payment provider terms and conditions
• Accept chargebacks and refund obligations
• Maintain adequate funds for payouts and refunds

You retain ownership of your content (products, images, descriptions). By uploading content to Paylo, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Paylo name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or harm other users
• Interfere with the Service's operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
