Common questions
Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. Paylo POS runs on an iPhone or iPad you already own, and the camera scans barcodes. Paylo POS is also on Android.
Does Paylo POS take card payments?
Paylo POS records how each customer paid, whether cash, transfer or card, and works alongside the card terminal you already use. Your books match your takings either way.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Keep selling. Sales are saved on the device and sync as soon as you are back online, and the till shows how many sales are still waiting to sync.
I run my shop alone. Do I need a separate app?
No. Paylo Business has a till built in, so the phone by your counter can be your POS. Paylo POS is for when you have a counter device that staff use.
